Home Set Construction, Inc. has been in business since 1986 by Mike and Cyndie Smith. Mike started up this business of setting modular homes to create a company with quality, efficiency, and ethical standards.  We started out by setting manufactured homes on slabs with 2 employees and have grown to setting homes on basements with 4 or more units using cranes and  up to 6 employees.

Prior to 1986 Mike worked as a set-up, service, and transporter for two local dealers for 5 years.

God has led throughout our years and we want to recognize and praise His name for what He's done.
