Modular home set up includes the setting of 1 to 4 or more units on one foundation. The foundations include slab, crawlspace, and basement. These modular units can be either rolled on or crane set. We can also recommend local subcontractors which are familiar with the modular home industry from escavating, foundations, to garages. With Modular homes being built in a factory setting (under ideal conditions) the site preparations are different compared to conventional construction. This requires some experience to keep from having extra occuring costs to the customer.
